"The North Campus gives you the opportunity to take classes close to where you park, and it ends up coming out cheaper than paying for meters downtown. The facilities are oriented to more mature students, making it a comfortable, laid-back learning environment. I work on this side of town, so it’s pretty convenient for me."

He's a full-time Business Administration junior who took a total of four classes here in Spring 04 and is considering taking classes here again, if the ones he needs are offered.

"I have a more personal relationship with my teacher. I’d prefer to take classes here rather than downtown."

She’s a full-time Education major taking her first class at the North Campus.

"If they offered more Education classes, I’d love to take them here. CofC-North is the best kept secret because it has a nice atmosphere, and there aren’t a lot of people in the computer labs."

Jay Gibson
He’s a full-time Elementary Education major who plans to graduate in May 2005 and regularly takes courses at CofC-North because of its proximity to his home in Monks Corner.

"I live in Summerville and was originally going to take all my classes downtown, but with parking, and the fact that they offered all the classes I need here at the North Campus, I now take all my classes here."

Amanda Ahrens
She is a full-time Business Administration sophmore. She says she likes taking classes at the North Campus so much, she has even convinced a friend who lives in North Charleston to take more of his education classes here.
